Two bars, one licensed team
The Star Bar: built for crowds
A self-contained bar truck with its own draught system and refrigeration. Four draught products on tap, a wide service hatch for up to six bar staff, and room for several card terminals. Park it beside the main stage, the arena or the busiest corner of your site and it adds serious serving capacity where your crowd gathers.
The Horsebox Bar: VIP, hospitality and premium
A converted vintage horsebox with draught on tap, back-bar shelving and a wooden side counter. It’s perfect for a VIP area, patrons’ tent, or a gin, whisky or Prosecco bar, and we dress it to suit your event.
Run them together and you get one supplier, one licence and one team: the Star Bar for the crowd, the Horsebox Bar for your guests.
Ways to work with us
- Fully managed: we run the bar end to end, including the licence, stock, staff, tills and clear-up.
- Staffed for you: our bar and our team, pouring your sponsor’s products through your pricing and till system.
- Dry hire: the Star Bar or Horsebox Bar delivered and set up for your own bar contractor.
What every event gets
- A Personal Licence holder on every bar, and we apply for the Occasional Licence
- Trained, uniformed staff and Challenge 25 at every service
- Public liability certificate and risk assessments for your event file
- Card payments throughout, or your own cashless system
- Our own power and waste removal where the site can’t provide them

How it works
- Tell us the basics: your dates, site and expected attendance.
- Site visit: we plan positioning, access and utilities with you.
- Licence and paperwork: we apply for the licence and send everything for your event file.
- On the day: we set up, serve, clear down and leave the site as we found it.
